P90X Day Three

 Day Three


Okay, day three is down.  Today's exercises were basically weight lifting for the arms and shoulders, and then doing Ab ripper X.  I am still really sore for yesterday's work-out but I knew today's exercising wouldn't work my legs too much.  My physical therapist is worried about me overworking my back too much, so I have to modify some of the exercises so I won't overdo it.

Since I won't have weights in school, I decided to use the bands.  It's a little bit harder, but it will do.  I've been using the one I found around the house.  Turns out I've been using the medium size one.  I just received five different size bands today to take back to school.  My upper back and arms feel worked, but it's a good thing.  It's still hard for me to walk from yesterday's work-out, but I have completed Day three!

Now that all of that is over with, I'm heading back to the desk to work some.  I've got my "2012 Guide to Literary Agents" book and I'm going to go through it again expand my list of agents.  I'm pumped to work hard.  Both for my health, and for my work/passion.  Not even school will slow me down! I'm going to do well with that too!
