Dead Dreamer: Sophomore Year

This year is going to be different from last year. 2012 is going to be my year of growth. I will get an agent this year and publish Dead Dreamer no matter what. I am determined! Speaking of Dead Dreamer, I have begun Dead Dreamer: Sophomore Year! Dead Dreamer: Freshman Year is on Amazon for the kindle, so I do have a very small fan base. I've had some people, including family and friends, asking me to continue writing. Even though I love writing, I love it even more when people encourage me to write. In a way it helps my confidence. It's a great feeling when people tell you they like your writing.

There is going to be a twist thrown into the second novel that people will not expect. I write Brenna's college experience with a little bit of my own thrown into it. There will be changes, and my main character is not safe. Just like reality, people are vulnerable and bad things happen to good people. Good things happen to bad people. Sometimes life is a bitch, but it helps you grow. I'm sure there will be some who do not like what is about to happen, but real life isn't always fair or fun. If you think Brenna has faced her biggest challenge already, you're wrong.

This year is going to be full of new things and changes. I'm graduating in May with a bachelors in Communications, moving back home, writing the second and third novel, hopefully gaining an agent and/or publisher, and watching my goddaughter turning 1. So many good things are going to happen. I'm sure bad things are hiding in the shadows and waiting to happen, but this year will be positive...even if people say the world is going to end. lol Anyway, must get back to writing! Hope everyone has an awesome 2012!
