I'm here at the hospital and she's somewhat aware of what's going on. She can't move much on her own and she keeps stroking her head every ten minutes. Dad and Erin are hovering around her trying to figure out what she wants to do, but it can be difficult. She's hanging her head so I don't think she even has the strength to lift her head, and they don't want to give her food until she is more aware of what's going on. The bruise makes it hard for her to even try to move and she'll whimper when she does move, but I'm hoping its all starting to heal and she will become more aware.
At the moment we are waiting for the neurologist to get here from St. Marys but he is taking forever. The only thing we know is that he'll be here sometime before 6. You can tell that we were all pleased to here that. That's all that I know for right now.
Two nurses just walked in and they are going to try and reposition her and give her some morphine to help with the pain. Its hard to figure out what she wants at the moment. We're just measuring everything off her reactions
