I've been counting my calories for a few weeks now and I've already lost 5 pounds! If you look up myfitnesspal.com or get the application on the iPhone or android, it is very worth it. The trick is you have to keep to it. There were a couple days here and there when I said "screw it" but I still tried to burn off as much that food as possible.
I did notice it motivated me in a way I never thought of before. I now exercise so I can eat more. I love eating...food is delicious. I figured that I'll be more likely to burn calories if I did some cardio exercises instead if strength exercise. Yeah, that should be common sense, but I've never watched what I've eaten before.
...come to think of it, I hope I can still fit in the bridesmaid dress for Sarah's wedding in September...
